Shipping policy

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2 - 3 business days, if for any reason this is not going to be possible we will contact the bill payer as soon as possible via email or SMS to explain the reason for the delay. 

Local deliveries (within 4 mile radius of Malt disley) are delivered by the Malt Disley team. You may be contacted via sms or email to confirm a delivery date/time to make sure you or a responsible adult is available to accept your delivery, you or the person accepting it on your behalf may be requested by a Malt Disley Team Member to present ID for age verification. Any specific requirements can be requested at the checkout or by emailing info@maltdisley.com such as, Covid-19 adjustments.

All Malt Disley delivery personal are provided with PPE and have been fully briefed on Covid-19 social distancing procedures in order to make deliveries safely.

Collection from Malt Disley is also available keep up to date with our latest opening times via our website about us page or social media channels. When making a collection in person please have your order confirmation with you in digital or printed form. You may also be requested to present ID at collection.

We do not at this current time ship glass bottled products to our customers further afield please review your basket if you have selected these.

Delyla Mist Gifts - All gifts purchased from our Delyla Mist Gift collection are shipped via 2nd Class Royal Mail. 

Postage charges are in line with https://www.royalmail.com/price-finder plus packaging & appropriate taxes.
